Release - Recurring Open Times Follow
Introduction
This week’s release comes with some great updates to Open Times, Private Sessions and the Privacy Policy.
What's new?
Attraction Open Times
Attraction Open Times have received an overhaul, making the system easier to view and to manage.
-
You can now setup recurring Open Times with no end date, meaning you can have a single Open Time that lasts forever. You can still set an end date if needed.
-
Open Times now also support sessions that go beyond midnight, which has been highly requested during the Ramadan season.
-
We have also introduced Closed Times, which can be scheduled over the top of Open Times. Closed times override open times for the given attraction, making that attraction unavailable for the given window. Closed Times can also be set to be recurring in the same way.
This makes the Open Times backend experience much cleaner and easier to manage, with far fewer rows of replicated Open Times. Closed times are helpful for things like staff breaks and public holidays, which means even less micromanagement of the recurring open times.

Private Sessions
You can now add additional players into private sessions. If a booker has made their session private, but brings more players with them than originally booked, you can now add the additional players into the session without needing to use workarounds.
Simply view the private session on the sessions page, and press the “New Booking“ button to add additional players to the private booking. Pricing will automatically be calculated on the next screen.

Privacy Policy
The UI for the privacy policy window has been updated to make it easier for customers to view and differentiate between the Global Zero Latency Privacy Policy and the venue-specific Privacy Policies. If you have a venue-specific privacy policy, it will now be presented in a separate dropdown from the Global policy.
This update has been applied to the Booking System and to the Player Sign-in system.
