Haunted: Package Options

This guide provides direction on how to package Haunted—either as a individual experience or bundled with similar titles to increase customer value and ticket sale revenue. 

It outlines the available package templates in the Zero Latency Booking System and explains how Head Office will automatically integrate these into your venue’s schedule. 

You’ll also find key setup actions required from venues to ensure a smooth rollout and deliver the best possible experience for your customers.

Package Options

Haunted can be offered as a single experience package or bundled with similar existing experiences to increase ticket sale revenue. 

Examples include: 

1. Haunted (15 min)
2. Haunted + Undead Arena (30 mins)
3. Haunted + Outbreak (45 min)

However, multiple package options can create customer overwhelm and decision fatigue at point of purchase. For this reason we recommend each venue offers Haunted within ONE package only to ensure simplicity for customers. 

When deciding which option to offer consider your local audience and operational requirements, examples include:

• A venue who is looking to attract new audiences who are price sensitive may offer Haunted as a single package with a lower ticket price.
• A venue with high venue utilisation may choose to offer Haunted + Undead Arena (30 mins) to maximise bookings and avoid empty spots in their schedule.
• A venue who want to increase average order value may choose to offer Haunted + Outbreak (45 mins).

Schedule Integration

For venues on the Zero Latency Booking System, the following Package Templates will be available w/c 8 September. 

1. Haunted (15 min)
2. Haunted + Undead Arena (30 mins)
3. Haunted + Outbreak (45 min)

Head Office will automatically assign the Haunted + Undead Arena (30 mins) package to each venue’s schedule, ensuring it is available to customers whenever Outbreak is offered.

Should venues want to offer Haunted (15 min) and Haunted + Outbreak (45 min) you will need to manually add these packages to their schedule.

Scheduling Tips
