Change Log

Pricing and packages:

• Override Price and price-tier overrides are fully supported when taking a booking.
• Bypass Open Times for one-off and private-event bookings.
• Easier scheduling for 3rd party attractions.
• More control over packages and open times, including session buffers and recurring open times.
• Set maximum and minimum players in Open Times.
• Add-on description field is easier to find and now shows its character limit.
• You can now set the attraction when creating or updating a package.
• Fixed an issue where price tier packages could display in the wrong language.
• The tax inclusive and exclusive setting no longer briefly shows the wrong option while the page loads.
• Open Times now shows a loading indicator while it updates.
• Fixed an issue where the attraction type list could be empty when adding an attraction at a new venue.
• Fixed an issue where the booking summary total could differ from the final price when a non-default pricing tier was active.
• You can now duplicate a price tier and edit the copy, rather than building each one from scratch.
• Open Times now stops you creating an entry until at least one package is assigned.
• Open Times now prevents saving a recurring open time that spans more than 24 hours.

Bookings:

• Search bookings directly by Booking ID.
• Filter the bookings list by attraction.
• Book sessions at the current time or a past start time.
• Bookings with notes now show a notes icon in the bookings list.
• Bookings list now sorts by session time by default, so upcoming and recent bookings appear first.
• Booking detail pages now separate booking information from action buttons.
• You can now approve payment for split-payment bookings, not just full payment.
• You can now pay for split-payment tickets with a gift voucher.
• Fixed the booking created-date filter on the bookings list.
• Fixed an issue where payment could not be approved after using Modify Slots to reduce the number of players on a booking.
• Fixed an issue where changing a package could incorrectly exclude the current session's time slot.
• The bookings list actions now work as expected, including changing displayed columns and filtering by status.
• You can now reschedule a session that was booked with a deposit.
• You can now reactivate a session that was cancelled because the deposit wasn't paid in time.
• You can now move a booked session to an earlier time slot that has already passed, for same-day game changes.
• You can now filter the bookings list by payment type (deposit, split payment, fully paid, reserved, or manually made).
• The bookings view now remembers your display preferences, such as the number of session times shown.
• You can now modify or cancel a player's allocation on a split-payment booking.
• You can now view and resend the general split payment link.
• Customers paying a split payment can now pay for more or fewer tickets than they were allocated, as long as those slots are unpaid.
• You can now take a deposit on a reserved booking for a future session that isn't open for online booking yet, then send the customer a link to pay.
• You can now search the bookings list by customer name or email, not just Booking ID.
• The bookings table now has an "Amount Due" column, making it easier to see which bookings still have a payment outstanding.
• Customers now receive a "New Deposit" email when you make a portal reservation with a deposit.

Promo codes and gift vouchers:

• Create batches of gift vouchers and promo codes.
• Promo code field auto-populates when creating a code.
• Clear "remove" options against promo codes and packages.
• Bookings list now visible on promo code pages.
• You can now search for gift voucher codes that are part of a batch.
• Promo codes with a future start date now show as Pre-release in the list view.
• You can now edit existing gift vouchers again.

Players:

• Set player language when creating a player.
• Full player names shown on player detail pages.
• Faster player search.

Game results and sessions:

• [NEW] The sessions list now shows an add-on icon against sessions that have add-ons still to be fulfilled; hover to see which ones.
• Team names shown on Game Results.
• Direct links between sessions and their game results.
• Search and filter Game Results by purchasing player.
• Sort the Game Results list, with the most recent results shown first.
• Sessions list now opens on today's date.
• Sessions no longer show an incorrect attraction label on the calendar in some cases.
• Sessions that belong to the same event booking are now clearer on the calendar.
• Game Results now show all games played in a multi-game session.
• You can now copy a video download link from the game results page for player takeaway videos.
• Fixed an issue where team names could not be saved for Threat Lethal.
• The game results list on a customer's profile now shows the most recently played games first.
• Player results on the game results page are now sorted by score, highest first.
• Fixed an issue where a session could show game results from a different session that ran at the same time.

Invoices:

• [NEW] Fixed an issue where some invoices could show an incorrect discounted total.
• Download invoices as PDF.
• Dark mode support .
• Invoices now show the correct currency symbol.
• Invoices can now show the price excluding VAT.

Languages:

• All supported languages are available in the new portal.
• Booking confirmation emails are now sent in the language used to make the booking.

Settings:

• [NEW] You can now remove a payment gateway you no longer use, not just disable it.
• Tax inclusive and exclusive options are now available in pricing settings.
• Menu collapse control now sits in the footer.
• Added a show password toggle on the portal login.
• You can now set up and manage two-factor authentication (2FA) from user profiles.
• You can now reset login attempts for a locked-out user.
• Fixed the change-password link in password reset emails.
• Fixed an issue where the portal could log users out unexpectedly.
• Fixed an issue where changes to a venue's profile (address, Location and Socials, and opening times) could fail to save.
• Fixed an issue where a venue's updated address on the Location and Socials page was not showing on the Zero Latency website.
• Fixed an issue where connecting a Stripe account could fail.
• You can now turn Reservations on or off from a toggle in General settings.
• The "Auto assign to new sites" user permission now more clearly shows whether it's turned on.

Sign In Kiosk:

• The new Sign In Kiosk (sign in tablet) is now live for all operators. Set up and manage it in the new portal under Settings / Sign In Kiosk.
• The next session now stands out more on the session selector.
• The profile selector now shows the player's first name alongside their display name.
• The phone number field now defaults to the venue's country code.
• Fixed the number of signed-in players shown for multi-game event bookings.
• Fixed issues where players could see an "Access Denied" message after signing in or after scanning the QR code; the sign-in QR code now refreshes more often and lasts longer.
• Sign in tablets now redirect to the new kiosk when the old portal is turned off.
• Improved the reliability of signing players in around a session's start time.
• The sign-in QR code now displays correctly in dark mode.
• The kiosk now works on a wider range of older tablets, and shows a clear message when a device isn't supported.
• The sign-in tablet opt-in screen has a refreshed design with clearer rewards messaging.
• Entering a date of birth on the sign-in tablet is now faster.
• Signing in to back-to-back sessions on the sign-in tablet is now easier.
• Fixed an issue where sign-in tablets could unpair themselves.
• Attractions set to "Available in Sign-In = No" no longer appear on the sign-in tablet.

Dashboards:

• [NEW] Demographics dashboard - total, new and returning players, with age, gender and language breakdowns and visit frequency.
• [NEW] Ticket Prices dashboard - average ticket price, revenue per ticket, discounts and net revenue, with trends over time, busiest days and hours, discount and promo code breakdowns, and a per-package comparison.
• New Experiences dashboard - plays over time split by experience, and total plays per experience over the selected period.
• You can now download the underlying data from a dashboard visualisation as a CSV.

Live view:

• On the Live view, the frame rate now turns red when it drops, making performance issues easier to spot.
• Fixed an issue where the Live screen could show the wrong next session or leave out recently booked sessions.

Customers:

• Times now display in venue-local time across the portal, including the customer profile view.
• Global user search is back in the new portal.
• You can now start a new booking directly from a customer's profile, with their email pre-filled.

Venue tools:

• Fixed the HTC Form button in Hardware Manager, which previously led to a dead page.
