The Launcher now speaks your venue's language

The Launcher UI is now fully translated, matching the Portal's language support.

Supported languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Arabic, Catalan, Thai, Czech, Danish, Italian, Portuguese and Slovak. More coming.

Choose your language from the new button in Settings - see the screenshot below.

If you have feedback on the translations, reach out to our Client Services team so we can review it!

Note:

• The Troubleshoot section isn't translated yet - it's the only part of the Launcher that isn't.
• This update applies to the Launcher only; games are unchanged.
• Windows system dialogs will still appear in your OS language.

 

The Language feature is in the Launcher settings menu.

 

 

Launcher language changes as soon as you select a different option.

New feature: Advanced Wi-Fi troubleshooting (for Client Services requests only)

In the Launcher's Hardware section, you may notice a new Network Test option in the Advanced window, available for Active Headsets. This tool tests how your headsets are performing on your Wi-Fi network.

This feature is intended for use at the request of our Client Services team. If you report a connectivity issue, they may ask you to run this test so they can collect the data needed to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem with you.

No action is required unless Client Services asks you to use it.
