How to Create a New Game Package

Request a new package through Client Services, then configure pricing and open times in your Portal.

Use this article when: you want to add a new experience package — including Zero Latency VR experiences, third-party attractions, or private event packages — to your booking system.

Note: If you would like package descriptions in other languages, you need to provide us with a copy of the translations.

Step 1: Contact Zero Latency VR Client Services

To get your package live as quickly as possible, provide all the required details to Client Services via a support ticket. Copy and paste the table below into your ticket — one table per package — and fill in the answers.

Question	Answer
Will this be a standard or event package?
Which experiences will be included? (e.g. Space Marine VR, Outbreak, third-party offerings)
What will the package be called?
What will the package duration be? (e.g. 30 mins, 45 mins)
Will the package be Private, Public, or offer the Private Optional upgrade? (N/A for event packages)
Will the package be priced per person or at a flat rate?
Zero Latency VR experiences include standard descriptions created by our marketing team. Would you like a custom description? If so, provide it here.
Any other requests?

Once you've submitted your ticket, Client Services will confirm when your package has been created.

Step 2: Set up the pricing tier

Important: Before your new package appears in the booking system, you must add pricing for it in the Pricing section of your Portal. Without a pricing tier assigned, the package will not be visible to customers at checkout.

To set up pricing for your new package, follow the instructions in the Settings Overview article under 'How can I set up Pricing?'.

Please note: if you're creating a private event package, you can choose to charge a flat rate or a per-person rate. For standard bookings, you can also offer customers the option to upgrade to a private experience.

Step 3: Set up the open times

Once pricing is configured, set up the open times for your new package. Follow the instructions in the Settings Overview article under 'How do I set up Open Times?'.

When this is done, your package will appear in the booking system and customers can start booking sessions.

Expected outcome: Your new package is live in the booking system with pricing and open times configured. Customers can now find and book sessions.
