Open Times Dashboard Follow
The Open Times page lets you view and manage when your venue is open for bookings. To access it, select Open Times from the left menu.
On this page:
Reading the Calendar
- A yellow strip highlights today's date
- A red line indicates the current time
- Solid colour blocks are open times that haven't passed yet
- Translucent colour blocks are open times that have already passed
- Blue blocks represent Zero Latency attractions
- Yellow and other colours represent other attractions
Filtering and Navigation
- Use the arrows and date controls at the top left to navigate between days and date ranges
- Use the attraction filter at the top right to show open times for specific attractions
- Switch between Day, Week, Month, Year, and List views using the buttons at the top right
Editing an Open Time
Click on an existing open time block in the calendar to open the Edit Open Time dialog. From here you can update:
- Attraction - which attraction this open time is for
- Start Time and End Time - when the open time begins and ends
- Recurring - tick this to repeat the open time across selected days of the week, and set a recurring end date for when it should stop repeating
- Packages - which packages are available during this open time
- Session Buffer Time - the gap between sessions
- Fill Interval - how frequently new session slots are created within the open time
- Price Tier - the pricing tier applied to sessions in this open time
At the bottom of the dialog you can:
- Press Delete to remove the open time
- Press Cancel to return to the calendar without saving
- Press Save to save your changes
Creating an Open Time
Click on any empty space in the calendar to open the create dialog. By default, the Open Time tab is selected.
You can set all the same parameters as when editing an open time - attraction, start and end times, recurring schedule, packages, session buffer time, fill interval, and price tier.
Press Create to create the open time, or Cancel to return to the calendar.
Creating a Closed Time
To create a closed time, click on an empty space in the calendar to open the create dialog, then select the Closed Time tab.
Set the following:
- Attraction - which attraction to close
- Start Time and End Time - the period during which the attraction will be closed
- Recurring - tick this if the closed time should repeat on a schedule
Press Create to create the closed time, or Cancel to return to the calendar.
