Booking a Zero Latency Experience
- You can change the language by clicking on the drop-down on the right.
- First, select your venue either by using the drop-down or by finding your location.
- Next, select the number of players you require.

A summary section will appear on the right with all your selections.
- Next, select your date using the calendar.
- Then, select your session time.
- Now you will be prompted to select one of the available packages. If you would like another package, please select another date or time.
- Click the "Add" button to select your package.
- Then, click the "Checkout" button to move onto the next step.
- Enter your email, full name and phone number.

Your details must be valid to continue onto the next step. There is also a countdown timer to complete your booking.
- Once your details are entered, the important information will appear.
- If you have a Gift Voucher or Promotion Code, you can enter it in the next field.

Only one Voucher or Code can be applied per booking.
- When you are ready, you can pay using the payment gateways available at the venue.
- Once you have completed the booking, you will see the page below.

You can also share the booking details with your friends or family if required.
Booking a Non-Zero Latency Experience

- Next, choose your purchase type. In this example we want to select Bookings.
- Next, select the number of players you require.

- Now you will be prompted to select one of the available packages. If you would like another package, please select another date or time.
- Click the "Add" button to select your package.
- Then, click the "Checkout" button to move onto the next step.

Group Booking Capabilities
On the new booking system, there is a link for group bookings called "Planning a corporate or school event?".
Venues can either:
A) Use their own custom group booking URL or
B) Use the Zero Latency form https://zerolatencyvr.com/group-bookings
If you choose Option A, you will need to log a ticket to Zero Latency Support with your URL.
If you choose Option B, any group booking enquiries will be sent to the email configured in the email templates page, under "Reply Email" in the email templates section.
Things to consider
- If you a venue has its own booking system, when selecting that venue on the drop-down it will ask to redirect you to their page.
- Not all packages will have a trailer available due to the vast number of different package combinations.
- If a customer has both a gift voucher and a credit, they will only be able to use one option per booking.
