Introduction
If your question is specific to a Zero Latency asset (finding, using, requesting new assets etc), please first review the Knowledge Base guides and if you don’t find your answer submit a ticket to the Marketing team with your question or request via ZenDesk.
If your question is more broadly about Brandfolder, they have a number of support options available as well as an online Brandfolder Guest Usage Guide. Brandfolder offers multiple avenues for reaching our Support team or accessing Brandfolder materials which users may find helpful.

Accessing the Knowledge Base
- Our Knowledge Base is a searchable database of step-by-step instructions and frequently asked questions.
- We consistently update and add to this database and welcome any feedback you may have. You can always access the Brandfolder Knowledge Base as well.
Email Support
- At the bottom of the page, there is an option for Email Support. Selecting this option will open a ticket with the Brandfolder Customer Support team.
- Emails sent to the Support team are generally answered within the same day when submitted during business hours.
- Business hours are between Monday - Friday.
Live Chat
- Selecting the Live Chat option at the bottom of the page will open a Live Chat with the Brandfolder Customer Support team.
- Live Chat is available from 8:30am - 5:00pm MST, Monday - Friday.
- The indicator will be green if Live Chat is currently available, or red if Live Chat is not currently active.
- Live Chat is not available on every account and is an option your Administrator will enable.
