Welcome Offer

Introduction

The Welcome Offer will offer New Users and Known Users who aren't opted in to receive Marketing Emails AND who show exit intent on the first page of the booking engine a pop-up message with a "Welcome Offer".

The pop-up for customers will offer 10% off their booking when they opt-in to receive Marketing Emails from Zero Latency VR.

User Journey 

• Customer is on the first page of the booking engine for more than 18 sec

  • Customers who are New Users AND Known Users who haven’t opted in to receive Marketing Emails will receive a pop-up

• • Customers will receive pop-ups in language selected on the booking engine with languages supported

  • English Spanish (Spain)

  • German (Germany)

  • French (France)

  • Italian

  • Dutch

  • Czech

  • Catalan

• Customer enters their email and selects the tick box for ‘I opt-in to receive email marketing from Zero Latency VR’
• Customer Receives the second page of the pop-up

• Customer can click ‘book now’ on the 'X' button to close the pop-up
• Customer continues with the booking journey and enters the promo code on the second page of the booking

Frequently Asked Questions

• I don’t want to give 10% off, can I offer a different amount? Currently, this is not flexible however in the coming weeks we will release the ability to do this, keep an eye out for emails with directions on how to request this.
• How often will customers be able to access the offer? i.e. re-enter the automatic journey. Customers will be able to re-enter the journey every 30 minutes.
• Will customers who are buying a gift voucher or a private event receive the offer? Yes.
• How can I track performance? A ZL Portal Report will be released over the coming weeks.
• What happens if a customer has Ad Blockers on? The Customer will not receive the pop-up as the ad blocker is preventing us from capturing their personal information.
• How does this work with the current Optimonk Booking Engine Pop-up? This will be de-commissioned prior to the release of this in-app message and Braze will facilitate this feature moving forward.
