Centralised Customer Engagement Program Summary Follow
At Zero Latency HQ, we're committed to helping you drive more bookings, repeat visits, and long-term player engagement through effective email marketing. To support this, we’ve set up a centralized system designed to maximize your venue’s reach and revenue, while reducing your operational burden. All venues are automatically added to the centralised program.
Benefits
Legal Peace of Mind
We take care of all legal compliance including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM. Ensuring your customers’ data is handled responsibly and lawfully. This protects your venue while helping maintain trust with your local audience.
Better Deliverability, Higher Impact
Email marketing has become more complex due to recent changes from major providers. HQ safeguards your venue’s success by:
- Warming dedicated IPs to boost email reputation and reduce spam filtering
- Using enterprise-grade monitoring to ensure optimal delivery
- Sending regular global campaigns to keep our shared audience engaged and active
This means your offers are more likely to land in inboxes—not spam folders—giving you a better return on every campaign.
Smart Integration with ZL’s Data
We’ve integrated our global email system (Braze) directly with Zero Latency’s first-party data. This unlocks powerful features like:
- Automated marketing journeys (e.g. birthday offers, welcome flows, cart reminders)
- Venue-managed offers with dynamic promo codes
- Seamless execution of campaigns tied to global releases
These tools aren't available with standalone or local-only email platforms and they’re driving results for sites around the world with over $100k USD revenue a month.
Coordinated Global Campaigns, Local Impact
At our scale, coordinated launches and global events (like new game releases or competitions) are critical to our shared success. Running these campaigns individually with each venue would create unsustainable overhead, and ultimately limit the impact for everyone.
That’s why HQ leads on global campaign delivery with room for local customization. You can brief us on your local promotions and we’ll tailor messaging where possible to reflect your needs. Learn more about how to submit local EDM requests here.
Expanding Automation to Drive More Visits
To further boost engagement, we’re expanding our library of automated journeys. These reduce the day-to-day workload for your team while keeping players excited and connected.
Currently available:
- Next Best Action Automated Journey
- Birthday Offer Multi Venue (English Only)
- Welcome Offer
- Abandon Cart Automated Journey
More are in development, all designed to support venue-level outcomes with minimal lift.
All of this is focused on a single goal: helping every site grow. These initiatives are part of a broader strategy to ensure content releases and platform-wide efforts benefit every operator, not just the network as a whole.
