2. Key Benefits
Our Marketing Quick Wins are focused on making sure there are no ‘basics' holding you back from hitting mini milestones and up scaling that success. Quick Win hallmarks include:
Small tasks, for big impact: Quick Wins are the difference between “good” and “great” venue visibility
Achievable: Every operator can action these regularly - they take minutes, not hours
Consistency matters: Incomplete basics can block your ads, affect customer trust and lower conversion rates
3. General Quick Wins
Make these checks a habit:
-
Experience your own booking flow as a customer:
Visit the global website with your venue pre-selected - is everything correct and localised for your venue?
Visit the booking system with your venue pre-selected - are session times or package options overwhelming - or clear and logical? How easy is it to book your top selling packages?
-
Audit your online presence:
Check your social media, directory listings and reviews - are your open times, venue details and experience details up to date?
Make sure you’re using current images, tone of voice and branding (see Brandfolder)
Look for any outdated details in earned media, such as PR coverage and listicle features eg. “Things to Do” lists, blogs or PR features - request edits from the publications if needed
-
Walk through your venue end-to-end as a customer:
Is it clean, in good condition (no obvious repairs required) and on brand (latest brand assets and highlighting the best selling experiences)?
Ensure signage, uniforms and printed materials reflect the latest Zero Latency style guide
-
Search for your venue:
Try finding your venue on key media such as Google search engine, Instagram Explore, TikTok Search and Reddit threads or SEO results - do you show up?
Is the information in search results (including results from AI) correct?
Is the content that shows up from searches on social media or Reddit flattering or damaging?
Spot any user-generated content (UGC) you can share or amplify? An influencer who's a fan and potential collab opportunity?
