Sign-in Tablet Basics Follow
Introduction
The Sign-in Tablet is used to create player profiles before a session. It is important that the Game Master knows how to use this page as it will be used before every session.
There are hidden tools within this page that allows to Game Master to set the page up correctly for the next session.

Who can use this feature?
Any user that has access to the "Sessions" user permission can use this feature.
If you do not have access to this feature, please speak to your Operations Manager.

You cannot book players into a session using the Sign-In Tablet. This needs to be done on the Bookings page (Portal) or the Booking System (Website).

How do I access the settings?
- To navigate the settings, press the "Hidden Button" located on the top right.
The settings will appear on the top left which includes:
- Refresh: Refreshes the page
- Sessions: Access to view all booked sessions.
- Bookings: Access to view all the individual bookings within a session.
- Game Name: The Game booked for this session.
How do I change the session?
- Press the "Sessions" button, to view all booked sessions
- Press on the session time you want to open
How do I view bookings?
- Press the "Bookings" button, to view all the individual bookings within a session.
- Bookings will also be numbered when you enter the settings.
How can I change the language for the player?
- Before the player signs in, press the "Language Option" on the top left corner

English is the default language. If you require other supported languages, this option needs to be set up by Zero Latency Support.
- Select the language you require.
- In this example, Spanish was selected.
- If there is a Spanish version of a game, this will now change the audio for that specific player. The same will occur for other languages (if they are available).
How do I know if a customer is a repeat player?
- When in the settings, a "star" with a number will appear to show you if a customer has played multiple times.
- In this example, this player has played 11 times.
How can I clear a player profile from a session?
- If a player profile needs to be cleared to free up a slot, make sure you are in the settings, then press the "X"
- A window will appear to confirm, press "Ok"
- The player profile will now be cleared from the session
Sign-in on Personal Device
A QR code appears in the top right corner of the Sign-in Tablet.
Each session has its own QR code, which players scan to sign in using their own device.
When the player scans the QR code; they can enter their details.
Players can tick the 'Remember Me' option, to save their details on that device for a faster sign in next time.
