Understanding the Usage Report will help you make decisions about your operating hours based on your daily ticket sales.
Overview
To find the Usage Report, navigate to:
The usage report provides you with a percentage of gamespace usage at your venue across your open hours for any given day.
With this you are able to see a quick snapshot of each day of the week.
Below is an example of a Zero Latency VR venue that is open from Wednesday to Sunday each week.
Example
Each day their venue is open for approximately the same amount of hours.
On Wednesday and Thursdays their usage is far below 50%. Based on this information, the venue should re-assess and optimize their opening hours as they saw similar numbers week on week.
Reducing their operating hours on Wednesday and Thursday would be advisable to decrease expenses and increase profit.
