How do I Troubleshoot the Streaming Server?

Restart Streaming Server

Launcher

• Hover over settings on the Launcher.
  
  
• Select the Hardware button.
  
  
• Select Streaming Servers on the top of the window.
  
  
• Click on the streaming server you want to restart.
  
  
• Click on Restart.

Streaming Server Computer

• If you can't restart the streaming server on the Launcher you can use the power button on the computer instead.
  
  
• Hold down the power button until the light turns off.
  
  
• Press the power button once and let the computer boot back up.

Contact Client Services

• If restarting the streaming server does not resolve the issue, submit a ticket to Client Services.

• If the computer is not powering on or has another physical fault with the computer you will need to submit a ticket to HP.
