How do I Cancel a Gift Voucher?

Introduction

A Gift Voucher can be cancelled from the Portal. The Gift Voucher is "cancelled" by editing its Expiry Date: to one that has already passed. This method may also be used to correct a Gift Voucher that has been used completely but does not show as "redeemed".

Gift Voucher Cancellation Process

• Open the Portal in your web browser and log in. 
• Select the Gift Vouchers button from the left-hand menu. 
• Using the Search field, type in the Gift Voucher Code that needs to be cancelled and select the Code.
• Click on the Expire button
• Click on the Save button, in the lower-right corner of the page. Once saved, this should immediately expire the Gift Voucher.
• When searching for the cancelled Gift Voucher, it will now show its status as "Expired".
