Release Notes - Come Back Replay Promo Code Follow
Introduction
Come Back Replay is one of the simplest and most cost effective in venue sales initiatives that venues can run, yet many venues have not yet implemented it.
HQ recently hosted a webinar on Driving Repeat Plays & 5 Star Reviews which featured Come Back Replay as one of the key recommended tactics.
To assist venues to get started with implemented the Come Back Replay initiative, we are installing a ready-to-use promo code in all venue Portal accounts, details are below.
About
Come Back Replay is a discount offered by Game Masters personally to reward and motivate players to come back and play again within 30 days.
Note: this is not an always on offer - we recommend choosing a period of time where traffic will be higher than average so more people receive the offer.
Come Back Replay helps venues to:
Shorten the average return cycle (~3 months → under 30 days)
Build repeat business without paying to re-acquire that customer
Smooth out demand by pulling bookings into quieter periods

FAQs
I want to make changes to the HQ promo code? The promo is fully editable by venues - however it would be great if you could keep REPLAY in the name, to assist us with tracking this initiative
I don’t want to use the HQ promo code? This release only creates the code - venues can choose to use or not use it
Is this all I have to do? You will still need to follow the Zendesk guide & implement this with your Game Masters
