Reports Overview Follow
Introduction
Understanding how the site is performing is very important to managers and owners. Zero Latency provides a number of reports to help you make business decisions about the site. The reports include:
- Finance Report
- Billing Report
- Survey Results Report
- Absent Players Report
- Usage Report
- Site Performance Report
- Game Performance Report
Who can use this feature?
Any user that has access to the "Finance Reports" and "Survey Results" user permissions can use these feature.
If you do not have access to these features, please speak to your Operations Manager.

How do I access the "Reports" page?
- Click the "Reports" button.
- If you have been given access, you can select any of the following reports.
Understanding the Finance Report (Tickets Sold)
How can I use this report?
The Finance Report is good for looking at how many tickets sold in a particular period of time. It allows you to break down the report even further by specifying custom date ranges. The Finance Report is the amount of money earned before sessions are played.
- Click on the "Finance Report" link.
- The current month will appear however using the Period and Date Range dropdowns will allow you to look at more granular detail.
- The "blue line" on the graph is the amount of money for each day (in terms of ticket sales)
- The "orange line" on the graph is the monetary average for the period (in terms of ticket sales)
- There is a section that shows you: the Total Revenue, Daily Average Revenue and the Projected Revenue over the Range.
- There is a list that shows each day of the month in a row and includes: Number of Bookings, Tickets, Revenue Earned, the Amount Refunded and the Net Revenue.
- To view more information on a specific day, click on the "View" button.
- When viewing a day in more detail, you will see the total revenue section at the top.
The next table you will see is the table of Bookings.
- This will display the following: Booking ID, Time, Payment Method, Tickets, Amount, Refunded, Credit, Session, Player, Discount Code
- For more information on a player, you can click on the "Player Name" link.
- For more information on a specific booking, you can click on the "Booking" button or the "Booking ID"
On this page, there is also a table of Gift Vouchers and Payments.
- The Gift Voucher table will show: Time, Code, Recipient, Sender, Credit and Amount.
- For more information on a specific gift voucher, you can click the "Gift Voucher" button.
- The Payments table will show: Time, Type, Payment Method and Amount
- For more information on a specific booking, you can click on the "Booking" button.
- Please note that refunds currently do not appear in the Bookings table as shown below.
- If you scroll to the Payments table at the bottom, you will see the refund.
Understanding the Billing Report (Paid Sessions Run)
How can I use this report?
The Billing Report allows you to see how many paid sessions have occurred within a specific date range. It will give you the Gross Revenue for the month and this report is used by Zero Latency in the License Fee Billing Process. The Billing Report is the amount of money earned after sessions are played.
- Click on the "Billing Report (Paid sessions run)" link.
- The current month will appear however using the Month dropdown will allow you to change the month, by clicking on "is in [Month] [Year]" as per picture below.
- Then selecting "is in the month" followed by the month and year you'd like to check.
- Press the "Refresh" button to load the new date data.
- A list will appear that shows each day of the month in a row and includes: Session Schedules Start Time, Players, Price, Private Session Fees, Taxes, Credits, Paid, Refunded Revenue, Content and Support Fees, Total Revenue After Refunds and Total Under Charged bookings which need attention (Flagged bookings).
- To view more detail on a specific day, click on the blue "Date" link under Session Scheduled Start column.
- When viewing a specific day you can see: The Session Time, Booking, Players, Price, Private Session Fees, Taxes, Credits, Paid, Refunded Revenue, Content and Support Fees, Total Revenue After Refunds and Flagged bookings.
- If you click on a "Booking", you will be taken to that booking's page.
Understanding the Survey Results Report
How can I use this report?
The Survey Results allow you to see the feedback from customers and their level of satisfaction. It is very useful to determine any areas that the site can improve upon. Conversely, it can be used to provide better customer service by contacting individuals who had negative experiences.
- Click on the "Survey Results" link.
- The "blue" line on the graph is the results of each day from the total period of time.
- The "orange" line on the graph is the average result from the total period of time.
There is a list that shows the most recent survey results.
- Other information that can be seen includes: Date, Name, Phone, Postcode, Age, Referral, Rating, Length, Game and Comments.
- If you click on the "Player Name", you will see the player's profile.
Understanding the Absent Players Report
How can I use this report?
The Absent Players report allows you to see how many players have missed their sessions. It also allows you to see the exact session dates and times.
- Click on the "Absent Players" link.
You will see a list of players that have missed their sessions.
- There will be information such as: Time and Player
- If you click on the "Player's Email", you will see their player profile.
- If you click on the "Session" button, you will see the session.
- If you click on the "Booking" button, you will see the booking.
Understanding the Usage Report
How can I use this report?
The Usage Report allows you to see the daily usage percentage of a site. This percentage is calculated based on the number of players you have in a day and the opening hours. The closer to 100% means that the site is close to full capacity. This is also a tool used to see which days are "slower" so you can make decisions based on the opening hours of the site.
- Click on the "Usage" link.
- The current month will appear however using the Date Range dropdown will allow you to change the month.

- The "blue" line on the graph is the usage percentage for each day.
A list will appear that shows the days of the current month.
- Other information that can be seen includes: Date, Players, Open and Usage
Understanding the Site Performance Report
How can I use this report?
The Site Performance Report allows you to see the performance of the site based on the number of bookings, tickets sold, revenue made and usage percentage. You can also specify the period by day, week or month. In essence, this report combines some of the Financial report, the Billing report and the Usage report.
- Click on the "Site Performance Report" link.
- The current month will appear however using the Period and Date Range dropdown will allow you to change the day, week or month.
A list will appear that shows the days of the current month.
- Other information that can be seen includes: Booking, Tickets, Revenue, Base Price and Usage Hours.
Understanding the Game Performance Report
How can I use this report?
The Game Performance Report highlights the most popular games/packages at your site. It also compares the usage and shows which package durations are performing better. Using this report, you can make a decision on which package to offer.
- Click on the "Game Performance Report" link.
- The current month will appear as a default, however, if you wanted to change the month you can you use the "Previous, Current or Next" buttons.
At the top of the report, there are some statistics for the month.
- Other information that can be seen includes: the Total Players (Month), Player Avg (Day), Players Min (Day) and Players Max (Day).
- There is a "Revenue" section, which shows the game package revenue (for the month)
- There is a "Players" section, which shows the number of players per game package (for the month)
- There is a "Sale Performance Per Package" section, which shows all the Game Packages, the Players, the Usage Percentage and Revenue.
- Lastly, there is an "Occupancy Per Package" section, which shows the usage percentage of all the game package durations.
How can I export the report to CSV?
Most reports have an option to export the data to CSV.
- Click on the "Export to CSV" button.
- That specific report CSV will then download to your computer.
