How do I log a ticket to Zero Latency Client Services? Follow
Introduction
Zendesk is the ticketing system used by Zero Latency Client Services. This is the primary point of contact outside of the Priority 1 issue phone calls. The ticketing system is primarily used for logging lower-level issues that the Service Technician cannot solve. It is also used for ordering parts. If in doubt always log a ticket.
If you would like to log a feature request, please email productideas@zerolatencyvr.com directly.
Caution
Submit one ticket per issue, per piece of equipment. For example, if you have one backpack that is having issues with the battery as well as the headset, you would submit two separate tickets.
Step 1: Submit a request
- Click on the "Submit a Request" block.
Step 2: Log a ticket
Include as much detail as possible including a description of the issue, the session details of when the issue occurred and any troubleshooting steps completed. Please submit photos or videos of the issue to help diagnose the problem more efficiently. Use the template below to ensure you are logging a high-quality ticket:
- What was the session date and time?
- What was the game that was played?
- What device(s) were impacted?
- What was the scenario leading up to incident occurring?
- What symptoms can you see?
- What happened in the incident?
- What were your troubleshooting steps?
- What assistance do you require from the Zero Latency Client Services team?
An email will be sent to you when the ticket has been logged successfully.
Caution
It is important to describe the symptoms that you can see, please do not to describe what you think the problem is as this may be incorrect.
Also, if you run multiple venues, please make sure you are logging a ticket for the correct venue.
