How to Offboard Exiting Venue Staff Follow
Introduction
If a staff member ceases to work at a venue, there are a few steps that need to be taken by the Zero Latency Client Services team to ensure a smooth transition and prevent delays with shipping, troubleshooting and access to the various platforms required to run a venue efficiently.
Please read through the following information and get in touch with the Zero Latency Client Services Team.
Zero Latency Portal Account
- The Zero Latency Client Services team can deactivate the user's Portal account for you. Alternatively, you can complete this process by following the Users Overview article.
Zendesk Account
- The Zero Latency Client Services team will also need to deactivate the user's Zendesk account.
- Please let us know who will be the new Service Technician so we can re-assign all the open tickets to them and continue working towards resolving any issues.
Shipping Contact
If this staff member was your venue's designated shipping contact, you will need to appoint a new one. The Zero Latency Client Services team will need the details of the new contact person. The details we require are:
- Full name.
- Email address.
- Phone number.
Zero Latency Store Account
The Zero Latency Client Services team will need to deactivate the staff member's access to the Zero Latency store. If you need another account, we can send you a new invitation link. The details we require are:
- Full name.
- Email address.
- If the staff member will be placing orders for multiple venues, please state which venues.
