How to Manage 'Users' in the ZL Portal Follow
Introduction
'User' accounts within the ZL Portal need to be created for each member of venue staff. Each role grants access to specific pages on which Users may carry out specific tasks. The Operations Manager can create and modify User accounts and control User access.
Who can use this feature?
Any user that has access to the "Users" user permission can use this feature.
If you do not have access to this feature, please speak to your Operations Manager.

- Click on the "Users" link.
How to Search for a User
There are two ways you can search for users.
- You can use the search bar by entering their name or email.
- You can manually search the list of all the accounts.
How to Reset a User's Password
- Click the user's name, and click Reset Password.
- The user will then receive an email from Zero Latency.
How to Activate or Deactivate an Existing User
If you would like to activate/deactivate an existing user, it can be done on the Users page.
- Click Edit User and check the Active checkbox to suit.
- Click Save.
How to Create a New User
Click Add User, fill in user's details, and apply permissions to suit. It is recommended that all users have at least the "Game Master" tag.
'User Role' vs 'User Access'
The access you give your staff will depend on what roles and responsibilities they have. Use this table as a guide:

NOTE: 'Admin' access includes: Open Times, Pricing, Email Templates, Content and Customer Portal. Because of the privileges 'Admin' access grants a User within the ZL Portal, only Client Services can grant this access.
To add 'Admin' access to an existing User in the ZL Portal, submit a Zendesk ticket to Client Services.
