YOUR ROLE
We are looking for Service Technicians who can manage and fix Zero Latency’s hardware with care and efficiency.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Zero Latency’s Support department to resolve and troubleshoot issues. Years of technical experience is NOT required as you will be trained to solve common issues, but problem-solving skills and patience are a must. When working with innovative technology, expect the unexpected.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all venue hardware
- Testing and troubleshooting VR headsets, controllers, and cameras
- Dismantling and rebuilding equipment, controllers, and setups
- Managing software – facilitating updates across devices
- Documenting and reporting issues
WHO YOU ARE
- Proficient technical ability in computer repairs
- Ability to identify problems and offer solutions
- Precise written communication skills
- Experience with hand tools
- Take accountability for your work
- A passion for VR, gaming and technology
- Available on weekends
You must be reliable, punctual and well-presented with the ability to prioritize tasks. To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a team.
WORKING HOURS
We are looking for Service Technicians to join the team in <location> on a casual basis, working an average of 16-18 hours per week, primarily over weeknights and weekends.
