What is phishing?

Phishing is the fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information or data, such as usernames, passwords and credit card details, by disguising oneself as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication

Here is an example of a suspicious phishing email that one of our venues received.

What should I do?

• Always review the sender's email address carefully to ensure that it is coming from a genuine Zero Latency email address.
• If you believe that an email is suspicious or a phishing attempt, do not respond to the email, please take a screenshot of the email, delete the email and contact Client Services for verification.
