Changes to the Attraction Open Times will impact the ability to book through the Booking System. If there are no Attraction Open Times set, customers cannot book sessions. This same rules apply to any closed times you configure.
At the top of the page, there is a section to search configured Attraction Open/Closed Times.
- You can search by: Date Range, Start Time, End Time, Status, Attractions, Package Type, and Packages.
- To make a new open time, click on the "New Open Time" button.
- Select Enabled or Disabled
- Enabled will activate this open time.
- Disable will create this open time, but it won't be active until it is enabled.
- You can create a once off or recurring open time
- Once off open time is set for a specific date.
- Recurring open time will have a specific start date and end date, but you can also choose to leave no end date, for the open time to run indefinitely.

Info
It is possible to make multiple Attraction Open Times for one day. This isn't recommended, instead create an open time with no end, then set a closed time for the timeslot which you'd like to have no sessions available. For example, if you wanted to break up a day, you could make three (or as many as you like) separate Attraction Closed Times for that same day.
Info
If you want to make Attraction Open Times run from one day to the next you will just need to set the end time to a time after midnight.
- You can modify individual Attraction Open Times by clicking on the "View" Button and then making your changes.
- You can remove an Attraction Open Time by clicking on the "Remove" button.
- Also, you can enable or disable an Attraction Open Time by clicking on the Disable or enable buttons.
Warning
Please note that if you modify an open time, any existing bookings within that period will not be automatically updated. Make sure you double-check those bookings.
