Installation of the phone that Game Masters use to contact Zero Latency VR Support for Priority 1 issues.

- Box Cutter
- Network Switch
- Support Phone
- Cat6 Cables
Connect the Support Phone to the Network Switch
Locate the Support Phone box
- Locate the box labelled Game Master Station.
Info
There will be multiple boxes labelled with Game Master Station.
Setup the Support Phone
- Piece the phone together following the instructions in the box.
- Set up the Support Phone on the Game Master desk.
Connect the Support Phone to the Network Switch
- Connect a Cat 6 cable from port 2 of the Network Switch to the Internet port on the back of the Support Phone.


Info
- Power and Cat 6 cables are provided in a separate box.
- The Support Phone is Power over Ethernet (PoE) so no separate power supply is required.
