Controller: Power on/off & LED Colour Guide (Hand Tracker) Follow
Introduction
Controllers are how customers are able to interact with the games. There are two main components, the gun which has all the buttons and the tracker which is used to track the gun in the game.
Power Switch
- Move the "Power" button to the "On" position, it will take a few seconds.
- As you power it on, the LED on the controller will light up.
- This will also power on the Tracker as well automatically.
LED Colour Guide
The LED ball on the top of the controller has different meanings for each of the colours:
| LED Colour | Meaning |
| White | Connecting. The controller is connecting to the Launcher. |
| Blue | Check connections. The missing connection between headset, controller and tracker. Messages on Launcher screen will provide more details. |
| Purple | Ready to gain tracking. The controller and headset are connected but do not have tracking. |
| Green | Ready to play. The controller and headset are connected and have tracking. |
| Red | Low battery. Charge the controller immediately. |
| Cyan | Unauthenticated. The controller needs to be authenticated before being able to be used. |
| Yellow | USB-C cable disconnected, this needs to be reconnected to the main PCB |
The light on the Tracker also has several different meanings:
| LED Colour | Meaning |
| Blue | Not connected to headset. |
| Green | Connected to the headset. |
| Red | Charging. If the controller is turned off it will display either a blue or green light. |
Hand Tracker Firmware 2.0.0.62 or newer

| Connecting during charging | Blink Blue 1s, Orange 1s, repeat |
| Updating Firmware | Blink Blue 250ms, Red 250ms, repeat |
