Instant Help with Generative Answers
When you type a question into the Help Centre search bar, you might notice an answer appears right below—before you even click on an article. That’s not magic (though it’s close). It’s our built-in AI assistant at work.
What it does:
The Help Centre uses Zendesk’s AI to generate a direct answer to your question using the content from our official support articles. It highlights the most relevant details instantly—no clicks needed.
Where you’ll see it:
Right beneath the search bar after you hit enter on your question.
It looks like a mini article preview, with the option to “Read full article” for more.

What to know:
This AI doesn’t make stuff up. It only pulls from real articles written by our team. But if your situation is specific—like venue policies or a technical issue mid-game—click through or contact support for tailored help.
