Identifying the System B controllers
Identifying the System B controllers
Before renaming, we need to identify which controllers are part of System B. There are a few ways to identify which set of controllers are for System B:
1. Site code - If they are still in their original boxes:
- There will be a site code written on the side of the original carton that the controllers came in.
- If they are in this state, locate all the boxes with the "Secondary" site code -- these will be all the controllers for System B.
2. Batch number - If they have already been unboxed:
- If they have already been removed from the cartons, then the individual boxes
for each controller should have a "Batch" number on them. - If you have removed them from their individual boxes already, the sticker
on the controller toward the back will have an "SN: 000 00/12" on it. The
batch number is the first 3 numbers - Contact Client Services to confirm the batch number for System B.
