Creating a Business Profile for Your Zero Latency Venue
Once you have a Google Account, you can create a Business Profile for your Zero Latency venue. Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Google Account on your computer.
- Go to the Google Business Profile creation page.
- Enter the name of your venue. As you type, you may see your venue in the list of suggested businesses. If your venue is already verified by someone else, you'll need to request ownership of the Business Profile.
- Search for and select "Amusement Center" as your business category, then click "Next".
- Confirm that you have a location customers can visit, click "Yes" and enter your venue's address or position a marker on the map for your venue's location.
- Enter the service area of your venue. If your venue serves customers in a specific area, you can set your service area based on the cities, postal codes, or other areas that you serve.
- Enter a phone number and website URL, then click "Next". You also have the option to create a website based on your information. We recommend entering the individual phone number or store page for each location, rather than a remote call center.
- Click "Finish".
Verifying Your Business
After creating your Business Profile, you need to verify your business. Here's how:
- Select a verification option. We recommend reviewing your information before you request verification.
- To verify now: At the top, find the red banner and click "Verify now".
- To verify later: Click "Verify later".
Customers can only find your business profile on Google after you complete verification.
Managing Your Business Profile
Once your Business Profile is set up and verified, you can manage it from Google Search and Maps. You can update customers with the latest news about your venue, post offers, respond to messages, and more.
