How to gain access to create QR codes

Introduction

QR codes provide a quick and easy way for customers to leave reviews on Google, Facebook etc. at the end of a session when they’re positively buzzed!

Social connection is key as Game Masters personalising the request and asking in person achieves the strongest response - customers are less likely to defer or decline.

These articles will help you get setup so your venue gets more reviews, whilst also providing an opportunity to incentivize game master’s venue review performance.

Requesting Access

1. Create a new support request for client services.
2. Ask that you’d like to have access to create QR codes.
3. Within the request, be sure to add:

• • Your venue name(s) [Example - Brisbane, Melbourne]
  • Venue code(s) [Example - ZL-BN, ZL-SS],
  • The email address you’d like to use for the account.

Please allow some time for the support team to fulfil your request, as they will also provide templates so that you get not only have a QR code for venue reviews, but you'll also have a QR code linking straight to your booking system, as well as another QR code which links customers to purchase gift vouchers (if that is supported by your venue).

Accepting Invitation Email

1. Visit email account.
2. Find email “Your invitation to access QRFY”.
   
3. Press “Activate account”.
4. Enter a password and save the credentials.
