Introduction
We’ve already created QR codes for you! This guide will show you how to view QR Code analytics and download your QR Codes
QR Codes provide a quick and easy way for customers to leave reviews on Google, Facebook etc.. at the end of a session when they’re positively buzzed!
Our research shows that venues with more online reviews online, are our best performers; so we've made getting reviews easy!
Social connection is key as Game Masters personalizing the request and asking in person achieves the strongest response - customers are less likely to defer or decline.

(GM name) - GM Review Template
QR Code List
To view the list of QR Codes your venue has:
- Visit the Portal, then select Reports.
- Within the reports list, select "Marketing - QR Codes".
- You are now presented with the list of QR Codes for you venue.
Reminder: QR Codes update every 24 hours.
QR Code Analytics
QR Codes are generated automatically.
Every 24 hours:
- Scan and Visit statistics are updated against each QR Code.
- A new QR Code is generated for any new Game Master name which is entered at the end of a session notes on the Game Master Machine.
Scans - The number of times that QR Code has been scanned.
Visits - The number of times the QR Code URL has been visited.
Downloads - The number of times that QR code has been downloaded from the portal.
Download URL - This is a link to the QR Code. When pressed, the QR Code will download for you to use.
Downloading a QR Code
QR Codes are available to download in the 'Marketing - QR Codes' report.
- Visit the Portal, then select Reports.
- Within the reports list, select "Marketing - QR Codes".
- Within the list of QR Codes, press "Download" next to the QR Code of your choice.
Your QR Code will download as an image, for you to use by printing or even digitally, remember to test the QR Code before sending to print.
General Review Template
When scanned, users will be presented with a well presented page, with direct links for them to leave an online review for your venue, as well as providing your venues social media information (configured in the portal).
(GM name) - GM Review Template
This is the same type of QR Code as General Review Template, but has been personalised to your Game Master.
Each Game Master will have their own QR Code, which can be printed or shown to customers on their phone at the end of their experience, asking for a personal review.
You can track the performance of each GM through the Analytics, giving an opportunity for incentivisation.
When scanned, users will be presented with a well presented page personalised to the Game Master, with direct links for them to leave an online review for your venue, as well as providing your venues social media information (configured in the portal).
Book Now Template
When scanned, this QR Code will take your user straight to the bookings page for your venue.
Gift Voucher Template
When scanned, this QR Code will take your user straight to the gift voucher page for your venue (if applicable).
Private Event Template
When scanned, this QR Code will take your user straight to the Private Event page for your venue (if applicable).
Advanced capabilities
For advances users, guides have been created for you to request access to our QR code system, for you to edit and manage your QR codes yourself.
This allows you to make custom changes to any of your QR Codes, as well as create extras.
Need to make changes?
Want to change or add a link in any of your QR Codes?
You can change your Social Media links by:
- Visiting Global Website Information within the Zero Latency Portal.
- You will find social media usernames can be changed here.
- Be sure to test the username links, then press save at the bottom of the page.
- QR Codes will update within 24 hours automatically.
If you need further changes, you can create a Support ticket, and our client services team will be able to make the changes for you.
