How do I access the Sessions page?
- Click the "Sessions" button.
-
The Sessions page will display all the sessions that have been booked. You can cycle through daily, weekly, and monthly calendar views. There's also a direct list view.
How do I see sessions for other days?
The Calendar
- If you click on the date text it will bring up a calendar.
Select another day on the calendar to view that specific day.
Previous, Today and Next
- Alternatively, you can use the "Previous, Today and Next" buttons to see sessions for other days.
Understanding the layout of the sessions
- You will notice that each session has a separate row and color.
-
Each session row includes these details: Start, Attraction, Players, Packages, Duration, Game Results link, and a View button.
- Please note that 3rd party attractions will not display a game results link.
Passed Sessions
-
A past session will appear faded, as seen below; an active session or upcoming sessions will be highlighted.
Private Events
- Private Event details such as booking time, attraction, total players, padlock image indicating it's a private event, package name, and the total experience duration. Please note that the total experience duration is not the entire package duration.
How can I see the player details within a Zero Latency session?
- You can click into a session from the calendar view to see it's full details.
- On this page, the individual player profiles can be viewed.
- We can see the player's: Email Address, Display Name, First Name, Last Name, Height, and if they agree to the Waiver. Emails and phone numbers will be initially censored for privacy concerns but can be revealed by clicking the eye icon.
Info
Before a session begins, the customers will create or complete their own play profiles on the tablets. This will be done with assistance from the Host. This page is linked to the Tablet Load-In.
- If the session you're looking at is a Private Event session, you'll notice additional information:
- Package Type - this is the type of private event they have chosen
- Package - the package they have booked for this session.
-
The purchase player should be displayed and listed as the first email, with their player profile link marked in blue.
What details can I see in a 3rd Party Attraction session?
- Click on the session you'd like to view from the calendar view.
- On this page, the booker's profiles can be viewed, as well as session details.
- We can see the booker's Email Address, Status, and the number of players in their booking.
- We can see the session's Experience title, duration, the number of resources occupied in this booking, and the number of players in this booking.
- Please note that Zero Latency only supports the booking customers details in the Sessions page. Zero Latency does not support 3rd Party Attractions player management and cannot collect players' details, or provide them access to the Sign-in tablet or scoreboard.
How can I edit a Zero Latency player's details?
- If you need to edit a player profile, you can do so in this view. A common example would be if a player had a rude name.
- You must remember to click the "Save" button if any changes are made.
How do I add additional players to a private session?
If a booker has made their session private, but brings more players with them than originally booked, you can add the additional players into the session directly, with the following steps:
- Visit the sessions page in the portal.
Then view the private session (Padlock next to players) on the sessions page, and press the “New Booking“ button.
- Enter the booker's email address and the number of players.
- Pricing will automatically be calculated - as the session was already paid for.
- Press "create booking".
