Hardware Manager Dashboard Overview

Introduction

The Home page of the Hardware Manager provides you with a snapshot overview of the status of all your venues equipment. It can assist in quickly and easily identifying how many operational wearable sets you currently have and which are tagged out for being faulty.

How do I access this page?

• Log into the Hardware Manager with your Portal credentials

• Once logged in, the home dashboard page will be displayed

The Sidebar

• The sidebar can be retracted by selecting the toggle switch

• To revert it back to an extended sidebar, toggle the switch again

Navigation Bar

• The navigation bar gives you access to different sections of the Hardware Manager

Venue Selection & Profile

• At the top of the page, you will have access to the venue selection and profile

• If you are associated with multiple venues you will be able to select a venue and view the status of their equipment 

• Selecting on your profile name will display a dropdown with additional options

Wearable Sets Summary

• The Wearable Sets Summary provides quick information on the status of your wearable sets

• Selecting on View All Wearable Sets will take you to the Wearable Sets page

Wearable Sets for Action

• The Wearable Sets For Action provides information on the status of your tagged out sets

If any component of a wearable set has a status of Tagged out, Troubleshooting or Warranty Claim Submitted, they will appear in this section

• Selecting on a wearable set will take you to the set details page

• The Wearable Sets Components provides information on the status of each component

• Selecting on the links under the Backpacks, Controllers and Headset headings will take you to the main page of each section
