Wearable Sets Overview Follow
Introduction
The Wearable Set page of the Hardware Manager provides you with a list of all wearable sets that are at your venue. The following will give you the knowledge in editing details, logging faults to Wearable Sets and updating the status of each set.

How do I access the Wearable Sets page?
- Log into the Hardware Manager with your Portal credentials

- On the navigation bar, select "Wearable Sets"

Understanding the layout of Wearable Sets
- This page displays the following information:
- Sets: This is the list of wearable sets
- Status: The state of each wearable set
- Time Tagged Out: The period of time a wearable set has been out of commission

- You can view any decommissioned sets by selecting the 3 dots icon next to status

- This page displays the following information:
- Set: Wearable set details of the equipment and status - Further below is information on Edit, Log Fault and Update status

- Active Faults: Details of current reported issues

- Service History: A history of changes made to the wearable set

- You can view information on each wearable set component by clicking the link under Backpack, Controller or Headset

How do I edit a Wearable Set?
- Click "Edit" on the details page of a wearable set

- If you have changed components this is where you will update the wearable set with the correct component

- Once the information has been submitted, the details will be displayed in the Service History

How do I log a Fault?
- Click "Log Fault" on the details page of a wearable set

- A window will be displayed with the following fields that are required to be completed:
- Hardware: The component with the issue
- Issue: The reason why the component was tagged out
- Resolution: The troubleshooting steps that resolved the issue, or if the issue is still active
- Reported By: The Game Master hosting the session
- Notes: Any additional information to report
- Game was in Progress: If a game was in play - If not ticked, Active Game and Game Time (Seconds) will not be required
- Active Game: Which game this issue occurred
- Game Time (Seconds): The time in the game when this issue occurred

- Once the fault has been submitted, the details will be displayed in the Service History

How do I update a Status?
- Click "Update Status" on the details page of a wearable set

- This will allow changes to be made to the status of the component(s), add any notes and resolve component faults
- Each component will have the following selections to choose from:
- Operational: Active and usable in sessions
- Tagged Out: Not usable in operations
- Troubleshooting: Currently testing the component to verify the issue
- Warranty Claim Submitted: A case has been submitted to HP
- Decommissioned: Component cannot be resolved/fixed

- Active Faults will also be displayed
- To update a fault, select the Hardware field, select the component and toggle the Unresolved switch


- Once the status has been submitted, the details will be displayed in the Service History
