If you have a WMR Tracker connection issue or an issue binding the controller to the HMD, it's important to follow the correct troubleshooting steps to ensure the problem can be resolved as quickly as possible.

• HTC VIVE Headset

Bluetooth Pair the Tracker to the Headset

• Power on the HTC Headset and the trackers that you are Bluetooth pairing.
  
  

• Hover over Settings on the Launcher and select the Hardware button.
  
  

• Find the Headset in the Hardware window and click on it.
  
  

• Click on Details. 
  
  

• Click on Hand Tracker Pairing.

• Put the Tracker into pairing mode by following the instructions on the Launcher.
  
  
• Click on Start Tracker Pairing.

• Once successfully paired, a green tick will appear under the Tracker image.
• Reboot the Headset
