This article will take you through the steps required to update the firmware on the Wrist Tracker to enable it to work with the Zero Latency system.
Caution
The minimum version for the Wrist Trackers to function is 3.0.0.12. This can be determined during the process.

- Controller & Wrist Tracker
- USB-C Cable
- Game Master PC

Updating the Wrist Tracker Firmware
- Unplug the USB-C cable from the Wrist Tracker.
Caution
If the cable is too taut, the Wrist Tracker mount should be unscrewed prior to removing the cable.
- Plug in the USB-A to USB-C cable from the Game Master PC to the Wrist Tracker.

Any USB-A to USB-C cable can be used as long as the cable allows for data transfer.
- On the Launcher, select "Hardware Setup" on the Game Master PC.
- Select “Tracker firmware update” from the pop-up menu.
- Once the software has loaded, select "Update Firmware". This can take 10-20 seconds for the software to load in the background.
- Wait for the Wrist Tracker firmware to update. This process can take 2-5 minutes per Wrist Tracker.
Caution
Do not unplug the Wrist Tracker during this process.
- Once the update has been completed, a green banner will show advising that the Firmware update was successful.
- Unplug the Wrist Tracker from the Game Master PC and reconnect it to the Controller.
- Power on the controller and test to ensure it functions as expected.
