The red flashing controller LED ball indicates that the battery in the controller is not sufficiently charged and may run out of battery soon.

• Below is a flow chart of the steps to take in order to resolve a Controller LED ball flashing red.

Step 1: Place the Controller on Charge

• Remove the controller from operations. 
• Locate the Controller Charger Kit. 
• Turn the Controller off and charge the controller with the Controller Charger Kit. 
• Once fully charged, power on the controller to ensure that the LED indications are normal.

The charger will give long beeps indicating that the Controller is fully charged and the word “Full” will be displayed on the charger.
