The yellow flashing light will be displayed on the Controller LED ball when the connection between the Controller PCB and the Wrist Tracker cannot be established.

- Controller
- Spare USB-C Cable (if required)

Step 1: Check the USB-C Connection to the Wrist Tracker
Step 2: Power cycle the Controller
Step 3: Power cycle the Wrist Tracker
Step 4: Inspect the USB-C cable
Step 5: Contact Client Services

- Below is a flow chart of the steps to take in order to resolve a Controller LED ball flashing yellow.
Step 1: Check the USB-C Connection to the Wrist Tracker
- Ensure the USB-C cable is firmly plugged into the rear of the Wrist Tracker. A re-seat of the cable may be required.

Step 2: Power cycle the Controller
- Turn off the controller and wait 5 seconds before turning it back on.

- Turn off the controller.
- Press and hold the small power button on the Wrist Tracker until the 'L' and 'R' lights turn off.
- Turn on the controller.
